CooperVision Ltd offers you the opportunity
to download a selection of its graphics, photographs and logos, referred
to below as CooperVision Material. In exchange for providing you with
CooperVision Material, you agree that:
- you will use it only for the creation of materials for the promotion
of CooperVision products;
- you will not transfer (nor make available for transfer) any CooperVision
Material to any third party, other than in the form of promotional
materials for CooperVision products;
- you will cease any use of the CooperVision Material not later than
one calendar year after the day on which you download it;
- in order to protect its brand, CooperVision may from time to time
require you to destroy or modify any materials that incorporate CooperVision
Material. You agree that on receipt of such a request you will comply
with it as soon as reasonably practicable;
- all title to any intellectual property in the graphics, photographs
and logos (including, but not limited to design rights and trade marks
(each whether registered or unregistered), copyrights and moral rights)
shall remain the property of CooperVision; and
- any goodwill generated by your use of the graphics, photographs
and logos will automatically become the property of CooperVision.
